Family Beach Vacations
You’ll find a lot of different great beach locations all over the world, but these family beach vacations spots are just a few that really stand out as some of my favorites!
Remember though, whatever beach you choose to visit, be sure to have a beach wagon with you! Beach carts with big wheels make it easy to pull your supplies through deep sand!
On the West Coast of Maui, you and your family can enjoy a great game of golf. The Kapalua Resort typically give their guests lower golf rates than those who don’t stay at their resort; usually 25-30% discount. The Kapalua Resort includes the Kapalua Bay Hotel, the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua, and the Kapalua Villas.
The Napili Kai is only one bay over from the Kapalua Bay. This beach resort is one of the best beach vacations in a low rise resort that offers super nice beach front condos. They also give complimentary children programs for kids through the ages of 6 – 12 from June to August, and during Christmas and Easter. These neat condos are only seconds away from the beach, and they include laundry facilities as well as a kitchen.
For those who prefer a much more secluded setting, the Maui Prince Hotel can be found in a nice quiet area surrounded by a couple of beautiful golf courses and a huge sandy beach where your kids can enjoy themselves practically all day long.
Another great family adventure idea can be found on the island of Molokai. Molokai is filled with empty beaches because of very few tourists and zero traffic lights. Most tourists come only for a day, with some coming to the island just assuming they were going to a snorkeling site near Maui, which is called Molokini.
Molokai is mainly for those folks who like adventure in the outdoors. So when you come to Molokai, don’t expect night life or even shopping.
Remember, when planning a trip to the island of Molokai, it is accessible only by airplane from Honolulu, or by ferry from Maui.
Another fabulous family beach vacation idea is to visit the Breakers Hotel in beautiful sunny Palm Beach Florida.
The Breakers Hotel is set along a half mile of sandy beach, and offers a golf course, a spa, and a separate pool for your kids. Plus, there’s a family entertainment center with children’s programs. You can reserve up to five adjoining rooms in the Breakers Hotel while kids under the age of sixteen stay for free if they stay in the same room with their parents.
Another great hotel in Florida can be found in Orlando at the Loews Hard Rock Hotel. This awesome hotel offers plenty of white sandy beach space along with amusement rides.
Obviously, there are many family beach vacation resorts in California, but the Hotel Del Coronado is probably one of the most famous. This incredible hotel offers a ton of different facilities for families, like surfing, biking, tennis, and even kayak lessons.
Again, you can plan for family beach vacations all over the world, but these resorts are just a few that ultimately stand out as some of the most fun!
